Citrix Systems Engineer
ISG Technology is looking for a Citrix Systems Engineer to join their team in its Columbia office. Apply today for this tremendous opportunity to work with a talented group of individuals in an innovative and customer-focused firm!
This position is responsible for design, implementation, integration, maintenance, upgrade, documentation, troubleshooting and upport of Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp, and other related Citrix solutions.
Duties include:
- Design and deploy Citrix
XenApp/XenDesktop solutions, and relative Citrix components such as Web Interface, Provisioning Services, and NetScaler
- Consult with clients during pre-sales with design recommendations
- Work with design teams to produce scopes that meet best practice designs
- Recommend and maintain virtual desktop and application publishing standards, policies and procedures
- Perform support function for Citrix clients
- Communicate with vendors as necessary for installation, configuration, technical support
Job Requirements Include:
The following would be a plus, but ISG is willing to train the right person:
- Prefer experience in Windows Terminal Server and Citrix
- Administration experience (XenApp 4 or later) in an Active Directory environment
- Experience building, configuring, and administering Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp, Citrix Access Gateway Appliances, Citrix Netscalers, Citrix Web Interface
- Experience with other virtualization technologies including VMware and AppV
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server environments, including DHCP, DNS, WINS, AD, GPO
- Strong communication skills
- Certifications preferred -- Citrix CCA, CCEE, CCEA, VCP

Microsoft/VMWare Engineer
ISG Technology is looking for an experienced IT professional to fill an immediate opening for a Senior Systems Engineer position in Columbia, Missouri. Ideal candidates will possess significant experience and certifications around any of the following technologies:
- Significant experience working with Microsoft technologies (i.e., Exchange, Active Directory, Server 2003, SQL, SMS, DNS, DHCP, SharePoint, System Center Essential, etc.)
- MCSE or MCIPT certifications preferred
- Experience implementing/supporting VMware technologies
- VCP certification preferred
- Strong experience in setting up and administrating SAN environments that include Fibre Channel and iSCSI technologies
- Prefer experience with one or multiple storage platform technologies including: EqualLogic, HP EVA, NetApp or Compellent
Job Requirements Include:

ISG Technology is seeking an experienced IT professional to fill an immediate opening in its Columbia branch, who will plan, install, maintain, and support video surveillance and access control technology solutions for its customers.
Duties include:
- Plan installation of physical security solutions
- Install and support Video Surveillance Systems (e.g., Pelco, Merit Lilin, Hikvision, Axis, Iqinvision, Acti, Arecont and Milestone)
- Install Coax and Cat5e cable, while following all standards and best practices
- Implement and support Access Control Technology (e.g., S2, Keyscan, Lenel, Genetek, HID)
- Install and support Smart Card Technology and iClass readers
- Install and support Access Control Readers and Gate Controls
- Install Access Control cable, while following safety codes and best practices
- Possibly work in small confined spaces or aloft
- Educate customers on service features and functionality
- Complete and submit all company required documentation
- Ensure related CRM transactions are completed thoroughly and in a timely manner
Job Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in video surveillance and/or access control technology, including cable installation
- BICSI Certification a plus, but not required
- Strong work ethic and good attitude about customer service
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Dependable, self-starter, and works well under pressure
- Ability to travel to client sites within territory
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently
- Ability to work at a variety of different customer locations and environments
- Ability to work from extension ladders and multiple levels of height
