ISG Technology is pleased to announce that Richard Faulkner has been selected as the Citrix® Central Region Channel Systems Engineer award recipient. Citrix is a leader in virtualization, networking and cloud infrastructure to enable new ways for people to work better. As a Gold Citrix Solution Advisor, ISG helps clients achieve multiple business benefits through virtualization, networking and cloud infrastructure.
Each year, Citrix Channel Managers nominate Partner Systems Engineers to the Channel Operations team with a written proposal on why the individual should be considered. Faulkner has been a member of Citrix’s Partner Technical Expert Council for 7 years, and has received three additional awards from Citrix for contribution to content development and exams. As the Solutions Delivery Manager for ISG in Oklahoma City, Faulkner architects Citrix solutions and leads a deployment team. This award recognizes his expertise and influence out of all the Citrix VAR’s in the Central US.
“I nominated Rich due to his overall attitude of excellence in execution,” said Doug Darby, Senior Channel Manager Central US for Citrix. “We have recently significantly raised the requirements to be a Gold Solution advisor, and ISG easily met these new requirements. Rich is a leader within ISG, as well as with Citrix teams.”
“ISG uses Citrix solutions to improve user experience and processes, while delivering support savings and increased data security,” said Miles Franz, Vice President of Professional Services for ISG. “In addition, the total cost of ownership is dramatically decreased—with clients doubling the lifespan of hardware at less than half the replacement costs of traditional PCs.”
